Chrecheguard is a system designed to monitor the distance a child wearing a Radio Fob is from the Base Unit within the home. If the child goes beyond the distance set in the Base Unit the Base Unit will give an audio and visual alarm.

The system works by sending a radio signal to the Fob on each child in turn, the Fob answers the base unit, as long as the child is within range and the Base Unit receives an answer it will not go into alarm mode.

Each fob is programmed into the base unit with a discrete code so that when for any reason the Fob does not respond the base Unit identifies the Fob and displays the Fob's ident on the display this could be a number or the child's name. The Base Unit also monitors the battery condition of each Fob and indicates on the display any Fobs with batteries that are low

The system will monitor 50+ Fobs over ranges of a few metres to 150 metros.

It is also designed to carry a number of Fobs that are Supervisory Fobs which "Supervisors" will wear, in the event of a child in their care goes out of their range they will be alarmed by their Fob Immediately.
